A Brief History

From a tiny Toronto store front in the winter of 1968, our family roasted our first batch of delicious coffee on a small 25 LB batch roaster.

With very humble beginnings, it was our passion for the world's greatest beverage that inspired us to perfect our craft. Cup by cup, we gradually developed a loyal customer base amongst the local Toronto restauranteurs.   It wasn't long before we became one of the largest independently owned coffee roasters in the country.
