Quality Assurance

A great cup of coffee begins with the highest quality green coffee beans.  At Java Works Coffee we purchase our coffees from only the most reputable and reliable coffee growers and agents.  Our Quality Assurance team prior to roasting inspects all our coffees. 

Here’s what we do:

• Visually inspect all coffees for any defects and to ensure size classification
• Sample roast approximately 250g of each incoming variety or lot
• Cupping or taste testing – our skilled cuppers have the ability to ensure complete and total consistency of our coffees from origin.  This process ensures a perfect cup of coffee each and every time.

Specialized Agtron Roast Analyser :

Our facility is also equipped with an Agtron Roast analyzer.  This is a very specialized and precise piece of equipment that ensures roasting accuracy batch after batch.
